01 - Sourcing

We identify investment opportunities across the markets and sectors we follow. Opportunities may arise through market research, established networks, company developments, public markets, private markets and emerging investment themes. The objective is not to pursue every opportunity, but to identify those that warrant deeper research.

02 - Research & Due Diligence

Every opportunity requires careful examination. We consider the underlying business or asset, market environment, financial information, competitive position, valuation and potential risks. Where relevant, we examine available company information, market data and other appropriate sources to develop a clearer understanding of the investment case.

03 - Portfolio Construction

An investment should not be considered in isolation. We consider how an opportunity may fit within an investor's broader objectives, existing exposure and approach to risk. Diversification, position size, liquidity and the characteristics of the investment are important considerations when constructing an investment strategy.

04 - Execution

Once an investment decision has been made, execution is handled with attention to the relevant investment terms, availability and transaction requirements. Investment opportunities, allocations and access are subject to availability and applicable conditions.

05 - Monitoring & Review

Investment research does not end when an investment is made. Markets, businesses and investment conditions change. We therefore maintain an ongoing focus on developments that may affect an investment thesis, valuation, risk profile or portfolio position.
